A Digital Practice · Based in the UAE (placeholder)
There is a gap between what most digital agencies promise and what actually gets delivered. Janarek Digital is a different structure.
You have probably tried managing this in-house, or hired someone who over-promised. We work differently — one founder, capped engagements, direct work on every account, no handoffs to a team you have never met.
Who We Are
Built deliberately, run accountably. (placeholder)
Most businesses we talk to have the same situation: they know their digital presence is underperforming, and every agency they have tried has either over-charged, over-promised, or quietly handed the work to someone junior they never approved. Janarek Digital is a different structure — a practice with a capped roster, direct founder work on every engagement, and no gap between what gets sold and what gets delivered.
Direct work
Every engagement is led by the founder. There is no account-management layer between you and the work.
Capped roster
We take on a fixed number of clients per quarter. When we are full, we are full.
Honest scope
Every proposal includes what we will not do, and why. Scope creep is an agency problem, not a client problem.
Who You'll Work With

The Founder (placeholder)
Founder & Lead Strategist
[Founder Name] (placeholder)
I've spent the last [X] years (placeholder) working in digital — across [agency / in-house / consulting] roles (placeholder), on social media programs, website builds, and the messy commercial work that sits between marketing and product. Janarek Digital is the practice I wanted to work with as a client and could not find.
Most digital agencies in the region scale by adding people. Adding people dilutes accountability. I'm building Janarek Digital the opposite way — by limiting the number of clients I take on, working directly on every engagement, and making the operating standards visible. The work either matches the standard or it does not ship.
My particular focus is the gap between what businesses publish on social and what their websites and digital surfaces actually deliver. Misalignment between the two is the most common reason digital presence underperforms — and the easiest thing for an outside partner to fix.
What We Do
A focused practice, not a full-service agency.
We do social media management and digital builds. We turn down work outside this scope. Engagements start at the prices below; final scope is set after the discovery call.
01
Social Media Management
Monthly content strategy, planning, content production, account management, and performance review — led directly by the founder.
- Quarterly strategy reset and monthly content plan
- 12–20 posts produced and published per month, across two platforms as standard — Instagram and LinkedIn as default. A third only when the data makes the case.
- Weekly check-ins, monthly performance review
From AED 8,000/month (founding rate, placeholder) · Standard from AED 15,000/month (placeholder)
02
Websites & Landing Pages
Conversion-focused websites and landing pages built on modern stacks. Clean, fast, accessible, easy to maintain.
- Brand-aligned design or design refinement
- Built on modern stacks (Next.js, Webflow, Astro — chosen per project)
- Performance and SEO baseline included, not upsold
Landing pages from AED 15,000 (placeholder) · Full sites from AED 40,000 (placeholder)
Web application and mobile build work is available to existing clients only. We do not take on build projects cold.
How We Work
Six commitments that define every engagement. (placeholder)
These are not aspiration statements. Each one is a specific, checkable claim about how the practice runs. If any of them conflict with how you expect an agency to work, we are probably the wrong fit.
Direct work, no layers
You talk to the person who wrote the strategy and is executing it. Not a sales contact who hands you to a team you have never met. If you send a message on Tuesday, the founder replies — because the founder is the one doing the work.
Capped roster
When we are at capacity, we say so. We do not take on a new engagement and quietly deprioritize an existing one. If you enquire and we are full, we will tell you the next opening date and refer you to someone else in the meantime.
48-hour proposal turnaround
After the discovery call you receive a written proposal — scope, deliverables, price, and what we will not do — within two business days. If we cannot meet that window, we say so on the call. No "we will get back to you."
Weekly cadence, monthly reviews
Every engagement runs on a weekly check-in and a monthly performance review. You do not chase us for updates. The cadence is built into the engagement from day one.
Transparent process
You get access to the working documents, the analytics, and the drafts — not a polished summary deck once a month. If something is not working, you see it when we see it.
Honest scope
Every proposal includes what we are declining to do and why. If your website is the real bottleneck, we will tell you in the discovery call — even if it means a smaller initial scope for us.
Practice Notes
Thinking on digital practice, brand, and commercial execution. (placeholder)
Short notes on how we think about the work. We publish these because buyers deserve to know how an agency reasons before they sign anything.
A 60-slide strategy deck is not a strategy.
[Date placeholder]Most agency strategy decks are long because the agency does not yet know what it is doing. Our strategy documents fit on six pages. If your social media strategy cannot be summarized in six pages, you do not have a strategy — you have a wishlist.
AI-generated content is a tool, not a discount.
[Date placeholder]Every agency in the region is quietly using AI to write captions and is quietly not passing the savings to clients. We use AI as a drafting and research tool. We do not use it as a content factory. The published work is written by humans, including the parts that took longer because of it.
Vanity metrics are how agencies hide.
[Date placeholder]Reach, impressions, and follower count are the easiest numbers to grow and the hardest to convert into revenue. We report on saves, qualified profile visits, click-through to the site, and inquiry volume. The metrics that determine whether the work is worth paying for.
The website does the closing. Social does the inviting.
[Date placeholder]Most businesses we talk to have invested heavily in social and lightly in their website. The result is qualified visitors landing on a surface that does not convert. We will not take on a social engagement without honestly assessing whether the website is the actual bottleneck — even if it means a smaller initial scope.
The Engagement
Four stages, every time.
Discovery
A 30-minute call to review the business, goals, current digital surfaces, and what a successful engagement actually looks like. No pitch deck. No sales theater.
Brief
Within two business days, you receive a written proposal: scope, deliverables, timeline, price, and what we will not do. If we are not the right partner, we say so and refer you elsewhere.
Execution
Onboarding within one week of signing. Weekly check-ins, monthly performance review, transparent access to working files throughout.
Review
At the end of each period — monthly for retainers, project close for builds — a written review of what was delivered and what changes next. Quarterly resets for retainer clients.
Open Applications
We are taking on our first three clients at founding rates. (placeholder)
Janarek Digital is new. Until our first three engagements ship and become published case studies, we are working with founding clients at a discounted retainer in exchange for the right to publish the work after six months. Founding rate engagements close once three are signed (placeholder count) and pricing returns to standard.
Founding rate
AED 8,000/month for social media management engagements (placeholder). Standard pricing from AED 15,000/month (placeholder) after the founding cohort closes.
Direct founder access
Same direct-work guarantee as standard engagements, no compromise.
Case study rights
We publish the work as a public case study after six months, with your approval on every detail.
